Fixture Secretary Roles

Faversham Strike Force Football Club is seeking to recruit three fixtures secretaries who will support the match day experience for its teams.

The roles are voluntary but the club will assist with out of pocket expenses. If you have children who are members of the club you will be exempt from paying subscription fees.

The fixture secretary provides the central point of administration, information and communication regarding teams in the East Kent Youth League. The fixture secretary will be supported by the Club Manager and general Club Secretary.

Ideally the fixture secretaries will demonstrate:
- Enthusiastic with a good knowledge.
- An excellent communicator, with good verbal and written skills.
- Administration skills, including word processing and use of online system such as the Whole Game System.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in partnership with others, both within and outside of the club.
- Ability to represent the club at external meetings.
- Ability to meet deadlines such as booking pitches and sending match confirmations.

The time commitment required will vary by approximately 1/2 hours a week throughout the season. 

The role will include ongoing weekly responsibilities, particularly in dealing with correspondence.

The fixture secretary will receive the support of the Club Manager, General Club Secretary, Chairperson and Club Development Officer
